INGREDIENTS
1 Good It’s Gluten Free Marinara Pitta Kit
500g Beef Mince (10% Fat) or Plant Based Alternative
125g Milk Alternative
Fresh Basil
Any Cheese of your Choice!
METHOD
Empty the meatball seasoning mix into a bowl, pour in the milk alternative, and then add the mince. Use your hands to mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180c. Roll the mince into medium-sized balls and place on a baking tray, into the oven for 20
to 23 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
Heat the sauce: Place in a microwaveable container and heat on full power for 2 minutes.
Toast the pitta: Place in a toaster on medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
