INGREDIENTS
1 Good It’s Gluten Free Shawarma Wrap Kit
500g Skin On Chicken Breast
1 red pepper
1/4 Cucumber
Crispy Lettuce
METHOD
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
Drizzle a little oil into a pan and fry the chicken. Sprinkle the shawarma mix over the chicken, mix well, and continue to fry until cooked through.
Preparation: Slice vegetables
Microwave tortillas 30-45 seconds.
Load your tortilla
with vegetables and protein.
Drizzle with garlic
mayo, or serve on the side to dip.
