
Tandoori Tikka Chicken

INGREDIENTS
350-400g chicken tenders
1 Good It’s Gluten Free Tandoori Tikka Meal Kit
Vegetable oil
Cooked rice.
Pickled red onions, optional
Fresh coriander leaves, optional
METHOD
Marinate the chicken tenders in the Tandoori marinade from the meal kit for at least 10 minutes or longer, the longer the better.Add enough oil in a large skillet to come up ¼ inch. Heat over medium-high heat until it begins to simmer. Fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
Heat the Tikka sauce from the meal kit in a small saucepan.Serve the chicken over rice and top with the Tikka sauce, pickled red onions and coriander, if using, and the fried onions from the meal kit.The chicken can also be cooked in an air fryer; spray with oil and place in air fryer preheated to 200°C. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
