INGREDIENTS
1 Good It’s Gluten Free Tikka Pitta Kit
500g Mini Fillets or Plant Based Alternative
2 Tomatoes
1/4 Cucumber
1 Red Onion
Crispy Lettuce
METHOD
Add your chicken and spice mix into a bowl and mix well. Preheat the oven to 180c, place on a baking tray, into the oven for 25-30 minutes, unitil thoroughly cooked.
Slice the tomato, cucumber red onion and crispy lettuce, ready to add at the end.
Meanwhile, Heat the sauce: Place in a microwaveable container and heat on full power for 2 minutes.
Toast the pitta: Place in a toaster on medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
